Creating a Seaside Themed Corner
A day at the seaside provides much inspiration for creating a special themed area at home to fill with the plants and other paraphernalia found near the coast

Planting Peas in Plastic Milk Cartons
Combine recycling with grow-your-own by re-using two-litre, plastic milk containers to grow young pea plants.

A wood and mesh, traditional garden sieve is planted with central Lewisia cotyledon 'Elise White', edged in silver thyme, pink moss phlox 'McDaniel's Cushion', ivy, sea pinks, Dianthus 'Aztec Star' and tiny 'Pink Kisses.'
