A path is made from wood off-cuts left over from laying the wooden decks, fixed at equal intervals beneath the gravel. To the right, a raised bed contains pheasant tail grass, euphorbia, euonymus, hydrangea, ferns and rosemary. Climbing hydrangea is trained up the wall.
