Synopsis
The space allowed for two patio areas without eating up too much of the lawn for family play. A contemporary grey limestone patio connected the contemporary kitchen to the garden. A path in Vande Moortel paving led you down the garden to the curved adult entertaining area where contemporary sawn sandstone was chosen to create a focal point. The established hedging was underplanted with a mixture of box balls and flowering perennials for colour and interest. The planting wraps around the central patio to enclose the space, separating this area from rest of the garden and enhancing the feature patio. A summerhouse was built at the end of the garden to provide additional living space for the family and a sheltered area for relaxing and entertaining.
