This garden was a challenge to design and build, however, the steep triangular block proved to be inspiration for designer Barbara Landsberg. She has created a river delta garden with several distinct climatic zones.

Synopsis
Staring at the top of the garden with the damp tropics, down through to the cool temperate zone and then out into the west facing terraced garden. The roof also has a garden reminiscent of a Savannah grassland. The hard landscaping is softened by masses of plants that are perfectly suited to the micro climates that Barbara has created. It is a mixture of Australian native plants, succulents, grasses, bamboo and small shrubs are chosen not only for their suitability of the micro climate they are in but for, flowers, foliage shapes and textures.
