Small Formal Garden

A small formal garden designed by the owner, a professional garden designer, Danuta Mlozniak. The small garden has many clipped boxwoods and has been decorated with a number of mirrors to create the illusion of a larger garden.

Synopsis
The largest mirror is mounted over the small pond so you can see the reflection of the water running from the fountains and huge Hydrangea flowers bent over the pond. The main patio is located to the side of the garden and is connected to the dinning room. There are many plants in flower pots - mainly black Ophipogon planiscapus 'Nigrescens' and white Cyclamen 'Mini White'. Topiary are separated with grasses or grass-like plants: mainly Carex, Ophipogon, or Molinia caerulea. There is also seating area in the rear garden, this narrow and dark place is greatly used for creating a relaxing area with a water wall and evergreen plants.
