Synopsis
Remarkably, this garden withstands daily visits from deer thanks to Mike’s regular regime of spraying with a homemade repellent. Collector’s gardens can often appear a haphazard melange, but thanks to artistic intuition and the structure provided by mature trees and shrubs, the Sheehan garden is a series of attractive vignettes, each blending easily into the next, the cheerful flowers enhanced and framed by foliage partners. This charming couple are as passionate about people as they are plants, frequently hosting events in their garden and sharing cuttings and cups of tea in equal measure.
