Rooting for Celeriac

It might not be the most eye-catching plant on the plot, but there’s a good reason celeriac is turning up on tables in the swankiest restaurants.

Synopsis
What it lacks in looks, it more than makes up for in the kitchen. Distinctly delicious, easy to grow and versatile, its gnarly exterior belies a delicately flavoured flesh that evokes aniseed and celery with nutty undertones. Take a closer look and you’ll see that celeriac is actually quite a handsome beast.
