Perrycroft in Spring

Garden around an Arts and Crafts house designed by CFA Voysey on the slopes of the Malvern Hills, a mix of naturalistic and formal areas, with carpets of wild daffodils blooming in late March.

Synopsis
House and garden lovingly restored by Gillian and Mark Archer since 1999. Formal areas feature clipped yew and box while naturalistic areas are full of fine trees and shrubs, in spring including rhododendrons, pale yellow Corylopsis paucilfora, and lots of bulbs and wild flowers including daffodils, fritillaries and primroses. Wide views across surrounding landscape including to the distinctively formed British Camp, and iron age hill fort.
