Synopsis
The Rose Garden was designed by Arabella Lennox-Boyd in 1995 and is part of a larger garden. The other areas including the Moat Garden and Spring Flowering Woodland Garden were designed by the owners Alistair and Lavinia Robinson.

The Rose Garden is enclosed by Yew hedges and can be seen from the terrace on the west side of the house. Two fine herbaceous borders lead to the rose garden. The central point of the rose garden is the wooden arbour with climbing roses: Rosa 'Blush Noisette', Rosa 'New Dawn' and Rosa 'Alister Stella Gray'. At the four corners of the arbour are Rosa 'Irene Watts' underplanted with Astrantia.
