Synopsis
The house at Number 11, painted blue and scarlet, is a Victorian worker's cottage, part of a small historic area bordering the inner city of Christchurch.

The front garden follows the formality of an early cottage garden in New Zealand with an arch draped with red Roses over the front gate and central brick path leading to the front door. The back of the cottage opens onto a brick and mosaic courtyard featuring a Gaudi inspired water feature. A pergola festooned with Wisteria, Banksia Roses and old world Roses and mosaic path leads to the tiny back garden.
