Synopsis
Paola Nizzoli Desiderato has studied and brought back long-forgotten artistic techniques in her botanical works using wax, paper, cotton and metal. In this series Paola uses wax to capture and immortalise the ephemeral. Using techniques that would have been used to create records of fruits and plants long before the invention of photography; these three dimensional objects are so much more than a botanical print.
