Synopsis
She started with a cottage style garden at the back of the house and a formal garden with a long vista and a circular bassin in the middle, all backed by clipped hedges. There is a Wisteria walk underplanted with Alliums and tulips. Lovely herbaceaous borders surround the lawn in front of the Manor House.

Kathy grows edible plants in summer borders and has written a book 'Edible Flowers'. and a book about container planting. Seasonal container planting throughout the garden, also in shady areas. More features are a wildflower meadow, a drought resistant grass parterre, a woodland area and an avenue with birches 'Grayswood Ghost'. In autumn and winter there are beautiful winter tints of grasses and barks as birches and dogwood.
