Synopsis
It's no wonder, then, that Lynne Quick took some years to establish the imaginative design of her 25-metre x 11-metre suburban plot in Banstead, Surrey. 'I've created a journey through my garden, with different scenes that unfold along the way, and places to pause and linger,' she explains. The journey follows a simple stepping stone path that curves across the lawn, passing semi-hidden corners before disappearing behind an island bed.
