Synopsis
Tucked into a wooded valley on the border between England and Wales, the garden at Lower House in Cusop seems to exist in some sort of horticultural Eden, with its centrepiece a busy gathering of remarkably healthy box intersected by herringbone brick paths, organised around a glossy umbrella of Portuguese laurel, Prunus lusitanica. Winter shows this garden's structure beautifully, highlighted with a dusting of snow. Created by Pete and Nicky Daw.
