Synopsis
Enys House was home to the Enys family for hundreds of years, before being abandoned and falling into disrepair in the mid twentieth century. Several members of the family travelled to New Zealand to farm during the nineteenth century, sending back many plants, some of which can still be enjoyed in the garden. Since restoration began more plants from the Southern Hemisphere have been introduced, continuing the tradition as Danni Dixon and her small team of two work tirelessly to keep the gardens improving and thriving. In May Parc Lye erupts with a dense carpet of bluebells, making this place even more glorious a celebration of spring.
