Synopsis
The garden combines contemporary hard landscaping with drought resistant low maintenance plants, many of them succulents to create a garden with year round interest. Ornamental grasses soften and provide movement while the architectural shapes provided by the Agaves and succulents provide form and a beautiful rainbow of colours.
The design provides distinct areas in the garden, most notably the seating area surrounding a modern gas fired fire pit, and is also seen in the contemporary garden details from planted containers, living walls, garden features, and a concrete water feature. Through working with the climate she has created an inspirational stylish contemporary outside living area and garden with a beautiful array of Mediterranean style, drought tolerant plants.
