Synopsis
Bonython Estate Gardens are situated on the Lizard Peninsula Cornwall, the most southerly point in the United Kingdom. Over the past twelve years owner Sue Nathan has developed and tended what was an overgrown 20 acre estate to create a walled garden, woodland, potager, lakes and African garden, inspired by her roots in South Africa. The Manor house is Georgian, behind which can be found a contemporary courtyard garden, this too was run down when Sue and her husband Richard moved to the estate in 1999.
