Synopsis
It was very much a blank canvas when they moved and so over the years the garden has evolved with Andy's signature use of colour and texture. A veteran Chelsea Gold winner for Hilliers nurseries, Andy is well versed in putting together show-stopping combinations of plants which he has done to great effect in his own garden. In each season, colour bounces around the garden and shapes change allowing a year-long story to unfold. The house is wrapped with a cacophony of pots filled with seasonal colour. A rill, a two ponds welcome wildlife. A wildflower meadow hosts delectate wild orchids and a robust sculpture. Follies and garden buildings add more layers to this interesting garden.
