Synopsis
So, when a hired digger became stuck in the hole it was excavating, it's hardly surprising that a normally unflappable Sally Renwick was almost reduced to tears. 'It had been a wet winter and, as the digger excavated our pond, the ground turned into sticky mud,' she recalls. 'I was devastated at the time, but looking back now, it's rather funny.'
