This is a 15 acre valley woodland garden, in a remote part of Devon.
The steep landscape provides an ideal way of showcasing a collection of mature trees, including Magnolias, Rhododendrons and Azaleas. The remaining formal gardens include drifts of naturalised Narcissus and Hyacinthoides, in spring, together with Camellias. This is an unusual and very dramatic garden with emphasis on conservation of wild flowers and trees.
