Berens Road

Highly urban and edgy garden of a house made from a converted warehouse. Wire mesh gates and steel girders create a rather stark welcome, but things become softer and more domestic behind the inner gate which leads to a courtyard

Synopsis
Pictures only package, no text available.

A rather awkward shape is made very good use of by good design so there is lighting, water feature, planting to soften the architecture, bamboo, climbing plants, huge containers with grape vines and a fig, cafe table, children's swing suspended from a girder, different floor textures, astro turf lawn. Very contemporary house exterior and interior with large opening windows which bring the outside in. Steps up to a balcony garden and rooftop planted with grasses. Trompe l'oeil mirror doorway, clever use of galvanized and wooden storage keeping everything neat and quite minimal.
